Purpose of issue

To commemorate the Agri Expo held at New Delhi in the year 1995. 

Central design 

Enclosed within two wreath of wheat is the cattle head with a plough and a hoe on either side. 

Inscription 

Globalising Indian agriculture on the left side of the periphery. 

Bharatiya krushi ka Biswabyapikarana on the right side of the periphery. 

Agri Expo 95 in Hindi and English at the top and bottom of the central design. The year of issue below.
