Purpose of issue 

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of International Labour Organisation. 

Central design 

The initials of International Labour Organisation encircled by a cog wheel set within two olive twigs. 

Inscription 

Sharma jagat and World of work on the top half of the periphery. 

The year span 1919 - 1994 at the bottom.
